Hi, my brother has a Takeuchi TB68s with the ring and planetary gears gone in one of the final drives. He has searched for a replacement through the dealer and many new and used parts dealers across North America with no luck. Hoping someone may be able to help sourcing a replacement or something that would be close enough to work with a little modification. Final drive was made by KYB, KAYABA-MAG-85-ND-700-1 Part# 19031-00100 or 19031-00200. The unit has 12 mounting bolts at 70mm apart. Center Hub is 250mm. Sprocket has 12 mounting bolts at 80mm apart. Sprocket Hub is 230mm. Motor is single speed. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks
Good luck on that one.... I have a TB25, and my solution was to pull it apart, figure it out, and fix it. Make friends with a machine shop if you need to. B-) Because if a direct replacement can not be found, (By shear luck) then you would need to replace both to keep the machine straight.....And my guess is, you have probably already priced out a track motor or two..... (Yikes!)
