Takeuchi TL8R2 No Start Unless Camshaft Positition Sensor Unplugged

I have a Takeuchi TL8R2 in the shop right now that came in with a no start issue. Kubota V3307CR diesel engine with the new style Kubota 1J783-59053 ECU. Tested all injectors and did a compression test and checked for plugged dpf. All tested good. Randomly unplugged the camshaft sensor and it started right up and runs good. It's throwing no codes with both sensors plugged in and both sensors check out good with Diagmaster. Replaced both cam and crank sensors. Checked timing at TDC and it's right on. Not sure where else to turn. Any ideas? Faulty ECU?

Did you replace with OEM sensors or aftermarket?

I replaced them with a set of used OEM sensors out of another engine I have here.

No experience with said oil burner. Theory of operation. OEM wiring diagram, shared circuits. Something changes. Compare live data plugged in vs not. Back probe cam sensor wires at ECM all three wires? Plugged in and unplugged. Scope the the signal wire Check ref and signal for short to ground Not sure what the ECM diag capabilities are. Check all wires for load capability Seems wire harness’s are more prone to damage than automotive. Assuming no one has been in and not secured things. Interweb indicates cam sensor connector is same as egr and maybe something else. Rust jacking in auto world. As in it moves sensor to far away. Spinny thing on cam integrity. oh Power and grounds. Main electrical and ECM.
