I read in my morning paper of an Arab terrorist who took a JCB and drove into cars and buses in Jerusalem, with the intent of attacking jews, as most sources will emphasise. Why use a TLB or a Payloader for this. They are not fast, they are not inconspicuous, they're yellow for goodness sake. Thoughts? Note: Please leave politics out of this.

You're wrong. It's called hiding in plain sight. Just like ordinary looking cars, that happen to be filled with explosives, until they go off and kill somebody, as instruments of death, they are inconspicuous. Making people afraid of things that are a part of their everyday surroundings is very effective for terrorists. Yeah. We have a thread about them here on HEF.
