Throttle control issue on a takeuchi tb175

Hi guys i have a 2007 takeuchi tb175 that had a recent engine replacement due to a roll over, everything back in and running but the throttle/rev controller doesn't respond. Has the 3 push buttons with nothing working, my sparky has put in the to hard basket so looking for ideas on where and how to start Thanks

    Since the engine was out, have you checked all the connectors on the engine? Especially the ones at the fuel pump.

    Just bought TB 175 with the same issue , engine swap and the buttons do not work for the throttle.. on the console all 4 throttle lights are flashing simultaneously . Has anyone figured out the problem. Any help would be appreciated..
