Lotta guys around here run 240 an 240b’s an 630 b an c’s. Our local dealer want tell ya a thing retaining to service information nor troubleshooting help
The IQAN software is available through Parker if your dealer doesn't want to share or sale you the needed licensing. The service manuals should be available to the owners of the machines. Good luck
There will be print service and parts manuals and dvds. Might need to supply serial numbers of machines when applying for manuals, dvds from another dealer. Google search might help you find manuals.
Chris, Service manuals are available and detailed in a theory of operations kind of way. The ICAN will not really help with diagnostics. Cummings engine diagnostics is useful. Any questions you have on these machines fell free to ask. I am unfortunately familiar with these machines. Ground speed issues were a constant battle with the C.
I should say all the IQAN diagnostics are available all ready assuming the display screen works.
