Hi all, I am rebuilding a Deutz 1011F 3 cyl engine and the manual states 4nm tension on the new timing belt. So I purchased a universal timing belt guage as pictured but the measurment is not in nm. Does anyone know how to read or set one of these? Thanks for any advice.

You torque the eccentric tensioner to 4 nm then torque the retaining screw. While holding eccentric in place
