Tl1055 help please

So been working on this cat tl1055 and can’t figure it out It has no throttle response unless u are on the hydraulics When u are in them it works fine Have replaced the tps with no change It is a 2011 model with a Acert 4.4 serial tbm1338 Any one with any advise I’d much appreciate it
