Sweat, blood, heavy metal madness, pullers, lances, torches, 20lb hammers, Red Bull, ZYN, prescription pain meds. In that order.

When you get desperate we once used a hydraulic hammer on a excavator to get the pin started moving

Step 1. Load up the Enerpac in the service truck. The Enerpac that you are still making payments on. Your wife told you not to purchase, and She is still pissed. Step 2. Locate the tooling. Then, you remember you loaned your best ram and tie rods to your Buddy for a job in Dutch Harbor. That leaves you with the leaker that needs a seal kit. Step 3. Try to fix your leaking ram, with no luck. Order a new one. See step 1. Wife is pissed all over again. Asks how you expect to make the August payment on the single-wide.

Or ignore all the above advice and go straight to the oxygen lance which is probably what you’re going to end up using anyway…. On a more serious note do you have a photo showing the pin installation, or mention what make/model of loader it is.?
