I have just about finished sorting this problem out and its been a steep learning curve, I have had to use every one of the few tricks I knew and a lot that I found off websites like this and some other industry type sites to get all the (about 20) bloody broken off bolts out. The last couple I did had broken up inside the frame. when I went to unscrew them to check on their condition they came out a certain distance as per normal and then fell out because the thread was snapped about half way through the frame. I am just curious as to why this would have happened? is it from over tightening in the past? thanks steve
