Trying to Identify a piece of Antique equip Catapillar

An old road grader Vin plate is in spanish On the read wheel wells each side it sez 'Catipillar 2B1223 ?? anyone have any idea year made etc ??

    Any chance of a photo of the VIN plate..? I read Spanish. 2B-1223 is simply the Part Number of a Clamp.

    Sounds like your reading the Cat trademark data plate "Markus Registrada" or something like that. Need to find the serial number, often found on the left rear of the engine or out on the grader frame.
