i have only seen a boot put in a scraper tire, and only on the rears, the company i used to work for knew and tried every trick to save money that they could, if you could put a tube in a tire and make it work they probably would have done it. i would like to know if it would work too, you could save alot of money, especially these days.

The valve stem on the tube is the problem, usually you have to cut a slot in the wheel to make it happen. By the time you buy a tube and flap and ruin the wheel for tubless tires you're better off to get a used tire. I don't know what kind of leak you have but those big tires can be pluged like a car tire if the injury is small, I had a hay hook in a 29.5 x 29 that we pluged and it's doing fine

the early TS24 euclid had tubes in there 33-5-33 tyres but you needed an adapter stem so you could get air into the valve which was about 18 inches long

Is it worth it??? I agree with Dpete... My experience has been, by the time you buy a boot and tube for the tire, pull it of, clean it out, cut the valve stem hole in the rim and install in back on the machine, I was better off buying a used tire. We try to keep fairly new tires on the tractor and run all the rag tires on the cans. Used tires are fairly economical. With all of that said, we still have a JD 860 with a bad right front tire that keeps going flat. We have tried everything but putting a tube in it. I really do not want to ruin the rim at this point.:usa
