Hello all, one of my workers swung the excavator into the corner of a dumpster and it pushed the door in just right and broke a fitting off the top of the pilot pump . I got a new pilot pump and now the joysticks shake when under load like there is air in system . anyone know what's going on.
I guess the first thing you're gonna wanna do is gauge the pressure at the pilot manifold or the pilot accumulator block. Make sure you've got a rock steady pilot pressure to your manifold. Beyond that, gonna need to know what model ,B,C,D or E and maybe a serial. A pic of the initial damage wouldn't hurt either.
