Backstory - Unit started not wanting to crank with key switch. Jumped starter via starter to battery jumper wire. Fired up 3 times this way to finish job. 4th time we had no key on engine power. Ended up the 50 amp link fuse had blown. Replaced and still no key on power. Wiggling harness at pivot point up into the steering column resulted in Key on power again. Jumped out starter and got it back to office. Started trying to properly diagnose. Key on has power but no crank. Check back of key switch and exciter wire has power. Check exciter wire at starter and no power. Ran new wire from key switch to starter and we now have a starting and running machine BUT, now the vibrators are not engaging. Check button on handle and it tests good. Have no idea where to go from here.
The start signal will run through the park brake, seat, and FNR switches. You must have a disconnect at one of them. The vibrator issue could be related to blowing a 50 amp fuse.
