Volvo ec210 injector

I juss dismantle the volvo engine,should l mark the injectors or they is no problem.uses a common rail

    Yes. You should mark them and put them back into the same position. The each injector has a trim file and ecm is set to fire each injector according to the trim. Probably wouldn't hurt anything to get it mixed up, but it will hurt the efficiency of motor.

    I have already mix them up meaning the trim file on the ecu need to be st again

    On each injector you will notice some numbers. One set of numbers is the part number and the other is the trim number. The trim number is specific to each injector. What that number means is how much fuel is injected in a time frame and how much is returned. The ecm uses that information to fire the injector more efficiently to balance the cylinders. Basically you get better fuel economy and a smoother running engine. Like I stated earlier, you probably won't even notice any changes or have any problems with it. If you have access to tech tool you can change the trim file settings to the corresponding cylinder. But that is the only way to correct getting them mixed up.

    At my workshop l had a machine which have various machines can l use that one or its needs volvo machine to code tge injectors.

    If it has a program named v-cads or tech tool then yes. As far as I know there isn't a aftermarket program that works with Volvo.
