Recently purchased a volvo ec220el excavator. My question is for control of a hydraulic thumb can a guy change his right joystick with 4 buttons over to one with rocker switch on it?
You can but. You'll have to have the dealer turn on the parameters for variable slide vs on/off. It's a locked parameter that you need dealer level software to change.
