Usually the rubber piece around the rotary manifold. Check it for cracks and make sure it's sitting correctly on the car body floor.

I finally found the drain holes for the area around the swing manifold. I've only owned it for 10 years. They were well hid behind/under the base of the boom cylinders. Good spot to plug solid with dirt/sticks. Anyway, periodic removal of the bottom cover makes sense. Should replace the rubber apron around the rotary hydraulic manifold this winter. FYI for the designers, my CASE ex is set up differently . There is no apron around the manifold, and you can see right through down to the ground. Makes sense.
