when I turn the key to position 1 the pre-heat icon does not show up on display. it should be automatic. ambient temp is 34 f , should that be enough to warrant the auto air pre-heat to kick in. machine is new to me. it does not have a cab and has sat in the rain , ignition key is hard to turn. maybe wd40 in the keyhole ?
