We have Volvo excavator EC460B, we are facing a problem that is when we start the machine and select auto mode for acceleration. machine is being start in idle speed, machine isn't going on operational acceleration speed, both joy sticks are working normally but machine is not going from idle RPM to operational RPM. we have changed its all wiring and all feuses,relays,solinoids valve which is found OK and no error shows on display pannel. Please guide. any solution waiting for reply, Regards,
I have a 210b. Had the same problem at one time. Try first if it's similar to mine. There is a pressure switch/sensor in the control pump. Change that. It's like a 200.00 part. Other than that it may be the servo pump which is bolted to the main pump bolted to the engine. When the dealer came out to fix this problem those are the 2 parts they changed. If you have a Volvo dealer near you, I'm sure they will guide you the right way. Unless they're like the cat dealer in my area who seem like they've never seen a machine before and want you to bring it in!
Good day realseer Thepreviouse tip regarding the pressure switch's is right on the button - you can check these out by shorting the pins. If the auto idle works when tracking and not for the equipment is a sure sign of a faulty pressure switch. Reagrds Uffex
