Hi, L120E fuel prob, common rail engine, i keep getting error code 096, sometimes it runs for a long time then other times it's every 10-20 mins...put in new genuine injectors, common rail sensors at both ends of rail, cleaned up plugs to engine ecu, checked wiring.... Any advice please? I'm totally baffled! Thanks
what about the fuel feed pressure?
could also be the fuel regulator valve (PWM) or a leakeage in the high or low pressure side. Did you changed the fuel feed pressure pump? also check the flapper valve in the fuel filter housing head, water separator.
Hi, bypassed water filter, the fuel feed pressure pump has some movement in the pulley.... Thinking now maybe it's pulling air in??? It only does this error when idling, never when underload, also the pressure of the pump is ok. Thanks Steve
when you said the pressure is ok... whats the gauge reading?. Fuel feed pump is known to sucking air when the pulley shaft is loose...
