Hi People, just a thread to warn owners of Thermostat issues that have happened on two machine here in Qld Australia. First was my loader going instantly over temp for no reason. After inspection we found the Thermostat shaft had broken and the small inner plate and shaft piece descended into water pump instantly smashing the impeller. Replaced both and no further issues lucky as I shut it down instantly. Second L120f was intermittently getting warm with no change in working conditions etc, it eventually worsened and when he removed and tested Thermostat in boiling water and found there was nil opening movement. It seems wise to replace these thermostats regularly though the two machines hours are 4000 and 9000hrs. Just a heads up, also had a plug in electrical connector displace when changing a sensor out. Couldn’t understand why alarm state wasn’t clearing till I found one of four plugs had pushed backwards in the connector. These loaders like attention it seems
Thank you for helpful information.
