Volvo L180D & L180E Service Intervals

Hi does anyone know what the recommended service intervals are for the following items on the above two loaders? Engine Oil Filters Engine Oil Bypass Filter Fuel/Water Separator Filter Fuel Filter Coolant Filter Air Filter - Outer Air Filter - Inner Transmission Filter Hydraulic return Filter Hyd. system breather Trans breather Fuel tank breather Axle breathers Cab prefilter Cab fine filter Cheers.

    A full service like that is a 1000hr service they should be done every 1000hrs. 500 hr serivce includes Engine Oil Filters Engine Oil Bypass Filter Fuel/Water Separator Filter Fuel Filter Air Filter - Outer Air Filter - Inner

    Hi Thanks for your reply. Are you sure this is correct? I have a manual for a L120E and the breathers, the trans filter, the hyd filter and cab air filters are just changed every 2000 hrs. Also some of the older Volvo loaders had engine oil filter changes every 250 hrs. With the L180D & L180E I'm not sure what the situation is but I want the exact specifics. Thanks again.

    HI THERE vf949 I used to work for POD, On the L180E if you go by the L120E manual they are the same intervals! the L180D the differance is the trans filter, the outter air filter and outer cab filter are all 1000hrs, as is the axle and transmision oils! If you are using the Volvo long life filters (or fleetgaurd equivalent etc) the eng filters are 500hrs the older standard filters were 250hrs this is from the best of my memory, il double check and get back to you!
