Got a 1 to 2 second delay changing up to or down to 3rd. It enguages fully but engine revs up significantly in that time. No faults on dash. I swapped solenoid coils and valves but no change. Can i remove the oil distributor /feed cover to 3rd & 4th gear shaft to check the piston rings feeding the shaft without anything falling down and can it be reassembeled again?
