Volvo L90g D6H Motor

Hi guys,I have rebuild a d6h motor in a L90G volvo loader and the motor crank but wont start . He start when i put brake cleaner in the air filter but that's it . I try to replace the primer pump because i'm not able to put pressure in the system and now i'm able to put pressure but when i crank the motor i lost my pressure . The injector are brand new thanks for helping me ,and sorry for my english i'm a french canadian

    Do youhave an engine serial number on that engine?

    Why did you rebuild? Did it run prior to the rebuild? What all was replaced?

    Yes i have engine serial number on the engine but not now on me . The motor run prior the rebuild my buddy have change the turbo and the motor going over full throttle because he run with oil in the intercooler and after the motor knock sometimes he said to me. He think 1 piston are crack but it's all good ,the injector are all replaced

    So let's start at the beginning. Do you have all your sensors plugged in? Did any pins get bent or damaged in the harness connectors. Is there any chance the fuel lines are crossed at the tank sending unit? Disconnect the fuel line to FCV, crank the engine, does fuel deliver from the hose? Do you have any error codes on the display?

    Problem solved,the plug at the end of common rail have not been tighten thanks for your helping
