W14 case wheel loader

I have a w14 case wheel oader with 4cylinder diesel. It has 2 piece head, it had blown head gasket, we took both heads off and put new gaskets on, it runs and starts good, but blows water out of raditor, could it have air in it. It acted like it slowed down as i run it, no water in oil or exhaust, it kindly acts like a little compression coming back thru the raditor, but does not misss how can i find the problem before i have to tear it back down, thanks

I bought a kit from Matco that has a dye and you put in place of the radiator cap and start the machine. If it is putting compression in tha cooling system the dye changes color/tint.

The engine you have in the w14 is a case 336BD. Did you have the extra pressure in the rad before or is this a new issue that has come up since the head gasket change. You may want to pull the valve covers and re torque the heads to 210 ft lbs. Did you have the correct tools to check liner height, and to measure for the fire rings on the liners. The liner height and fire dams have to be correct. Did you have the head pressure checked, re worked, shaved any?.
