Hi people need some help ,i have a plate tamper that is not charging . found a video on you tube that says dynamo should produce 30 AC volts I'm not getting that just so happens video guys did produce so he went in a different direction and his was voltage rectifier . looking on line and cant even find a service manual for sale . Changed battery and ran just above low idle and dynamo produced 3 AC volts and i think it should be 30 AC volts . Can anyone supply some information or advice TIA
