How much does a basic dressed 4bt Cummins weigh? Will a engine stand support it?
750-800# according to google. That should include the accessories. I'd put it on my regular engine stand, with grade 8 bolts and being sure of the holes they go into. It's not as long so there's less leverage than a six cylinder engine.
