A stud broke and the plate was loose and it was swung out. My back was hurt and was barley using the engine so I just ran it. I'm looking everything over and fixing every I deferred and now the plate is gone. Does anyone know what those plates do and how important would it be to find a plate and put it back on. Engine is a n14 celect from 1992 and is a air operated clutch. Everything works fine. Thanks.
