I think if you combined the the two, an electric chipping hammer would be great for peening welds.
That’s why I use a needle gun. lol
I saw a collection of claw hammers several years ago when i was doing carpentry . I was going to a lot of garage sells so if i saw a different one i would buy it. Someday if i can i want to make a display of them.
