A friend bought a new to him Bobcat 763 skid steer, I am helping him change out the cooling fan bearings. We put up the cab to access and saw these vicegrips attached to something, they just flop back and forth, just wanting to know what the shaft does/should of had on top of it? The machine does run and work. This is below the cab where your feet would sit when running the machine. Outlined is the vice grips. any help would be appreciated. Thanks
