Will a D7H with steering clutch and brake make a good ranch dozer to plow with

I decided to look at newer machines. Will a D7H with steering clutch and brake make a good ranch dozer to plow with?

    It is not the steering clutches and brakes, but rather the torque converter that makes it a poorer choice machine solely for that application.. D7H's did come in direct drive in few numbers.

    Is the hydraulic oil cooler air or water cooled?
