Based on the video and your replacement of the sealing kit, I suspect an internal leak in the hydraulic cylinder, manifested as sluggish movement or insufficient force. Inspection method: After the cylinder is fully extended or retracted, disconnect the return oil line (disconnect the rod chamber when extended, disconnect the rodless chamber when retracted). Continuously pressurize the cylinder with oil supply; oil should continuously flow out of the return line. After stopping pressurization, if the return oil flow decreases, an internal leak can be confirmed. Also, an internal leak can cause abnormal friction and heat in the hydraulic oil within the cylinder, leading to a localized increase in hydraulic oil temperature. Detecting the surface temperature of the hydraulic cylinder with an infrared thermometer can help. If an abnormally high temperature is found in a certain area, it may indicate an internal leak in that area.
