check control pressure on pump 2 is ok no pressure going to the swing motor, pilot pressure left and right is ok to signal control valve and to the control valve...left travel is working but slow
Sounds like a pump 2 issue?? Pump regulator issue? Hopefully, @LACHAU will see this.
the pressure of pump 2 is only .7mpa... but when i tried blocking the swing motor supply the pressure is ok it reached relieft pressure...so its on the swing motor...my question is why its low pressure...opened the swing relief makeup valve...seems ok....also the check parking brake is ok... and valve plate and piston is ok...
already removed temporarily the swing damper valve still same....
also before first start of the excavator no swing...have to wait 1 to 2 minutes...moving arm bucket and boom before swing will work, right swing is ok..left swing littlr weak...now. it wont work waiting few minutes
also before first start needs to boom down jack up before swing will work.... is this in the control valve?? maybe a check valve...
I suggest you try to check the status of the SB port when performing swing on your machine. You can check at 02 positions: at main pump regulator or at signal control valve
4mpa checking on the monitor... same with left travel that is control pressure..but i will still review tomorroe the sb pressure on the regulator with a gauge...thanks.
im suspecting again the swing relief valves... this relief is different design from other excavators... it has few orings inside.. and there is orifice in the middle that will pressurize the back of the relief...

Try adjusting pump 2's regulator to check if it's working properly. I think Pump 2's regulator is stuck.
