06 case 435 died and blowing fuse #12

Hi I’m new here my 06 case 435 just died while digging and when I get on the seat all the panel lights come on but when I turn the key to on all the lights turn off and ACC appears,it will not start,the #12 fuse is for the interlock system and I dunno what that means,I googled the problem and someone said the lift spool solenoid is shorted out,where can I find this solenoid in the skidsteer? Or what else can be wrong?? Thanks
