I am looking for a hydraulic schematic for a Deere 135D. At work we pulled our machine into the shed after i had the boom cylinder smash out the side cab window from so much loose. We line bored every joint on the machine and made all new pins and bushings. We got excited and decided to paint the whole machine and give it a good clean up. So the last thing to repair is a intermittent problem with the blade drooping down on its own and having no power to lift the machine or even hold it up. We chased the hoses but find them going threw a few other valves that we are not sure what they do. Any help is appreciated.
Could well just need a resealing kit on the rotary manifold/swivel joint in the center of the machine that takes the hoses to the travel motors.
Good day Suggest you plug the blade line with a gauge if you get good pressure and it holds up the issue is with the cylinder, if not it could be your central joint or the valves. Kind regards Uffex
