143H grader make a clunking sound from forward to reverse?

I've been having difficulties with my 143h grader whilst shifting from forward to reverse. What does it mean when it makes a clunking noise and how can I fix it? Thanks

    I would check all the u-joints and motor/ transmission mounts.
