i have a head gasket to do on a 165 Hitachi i need some information if someone could provide the following it would be much appreciated head bolt torques and valve clearances thanks Paul
finally got the the head gasket changed on the Hitachi have the torques and clearances valve clearances in & ex 0.40mm (0.016in) head bolts 50.6-65.1 (lb.ft) 7.0-9.0 (kg.m) apply MoS2 grease (molybdenum disulfide paste) just because its on the sheet glow plugs are 15.9-19.5 (lb.ft) 2.2-2.7 (kg.m) thought it was about time i tried to add back to the forum paul p.s its the Isuzu engine i,ll get the the engine model in case its the same in different machines
