anyone with experience on these,machine sat for 6 years and brakes are locked solid
Quite common for the shaft to seize up on these brakes. You will likely have to remove the slave cylinder, then remove the outer housing ( held on by 3 bolts) Heat up the area where the shaft goes through with a torch, or soak generously in penetrating oil and wait patiently. Take the shaft out clean it up and clean the bore, reassemble.
