I've got an issue with fuel return line fittings. It appears the "T" and fittings nuts are made from aluminum. I had number 3 injector leaking from the tubing nut and after taking apart for inspection I found a crack. Case dealer shows it's no longer available. Has anyone ran into same problem and how did you fix it ?
The item #8 is the part(s).
A good fuel injection shop could bend one up in a jiffy. Edit, didn't look at the diagram:-(
More likely a job for a machinist and machine shop.
It's a return line so it's low pressure. Could probably replace it with a tee and rubber hose. Thepumpguy would know the pressure involved.
Deere and other manufacturers used the same fuel system for years. You should still be able to get those pieces from them.
Use those kinds of lines on all kinds of Deere equipment. It's just leak off fuel, no pressure there. Even push on hose could work with micro clamps. Did it recently on an old International tractor. No leaks. Simon C
