Almost all cab parts should interchange with pickup parts

Google Mid 70s Ford truck parts, should get plenty of hits for Repro stuff.

LMC has loads of stuff for pickups. They usually insist you give serial #. That'll take some research.

As I mentioned they don't offer parts for mid sized trucks. Commonly medium duty trucks use the same cab as pickups, but perched taller on the frame, with skirting & hood altering the appearance. LMC will not sell parts for your mid size. Sometimes, pickup parts fit. You may have to figure what pickup is the same to tap them for components for mid size trucks. My 1976 C65 has been an orphan. I've had to be pretty resourceful to find parts. They are NOT supported by GM, and LMC has what you need, but won't sell it to you, unless you do the leg work.

The cab parts, doors and glass will be the same as the same year pickups. Dash layout may be a little different and as mentioned the fenders and hood are definitely different. A headliner should be the same as the F250 or at least close enough to make it work.
