Having some issues with Caterpillar. They say this serial number is not a correct serial. 63X813, its clear as day, no faded didgets. Going to be hard to find parts when PCC can't find the machine. Any help appreciated

Cross your fingers but it may be of an age where little definitive information exists in the online system about how it was originally built, what options it had, etc, etc. My best suggestion is to get yourself a Parts Manual. Search for Caterpillar Publication reference SEBP1216 which covers all 63X machines up to Serial Number 6574, which includes yours.
