No start / no suction to fuel tank new filter
Okay, not for some more info that might help get an answer: What is this engine used for, truck, genset, front end loader................. Did this run before the new filter was installed? Did you shut off the fuel valve at the tank and forget to turn it back on? Do you have power to the shutdown solenoid, if it is electrical? If it is mechanical did you put back in the run position? Is there in fact fuel in the tank? Did you prime the new filter when it was installed? Does this application have a fuel priming pump, and was it used? Have you removed and cleaned the filter in the pump housing, yes there is a small one there!? I'm sure others can come up with more questions too! Heck even a couple pictures of the engine and fuel pump might be a place to start. Like they say one picture is worth 1,000 words!
