1981 D9 high drive

    Cat D9L Hello Bobcat Ron, The Cat D9L was made from 1980-1987. 460 Hp:usa Cat D9H was made from '74-'81 410 Hp Cat D9N was made from '86-'95 370 Hp Cat D9R was made from '00-'04 410 Hp Cat D9T '04-current 410 Hp Cat D10N for comparison had 520 Hp

    Uk D9l here is a picture of the first D9L in the uk ,the picture was taken on the 8/1981 the machine was purchased by c a blackwell

    that d9 realy is not that bad after a good bath. it was working at a slag plant in detroit.

    A slag plant? I've read those places are "bulldozer hell".

    That D9L has probably had more money put into than it cost new over the years.
