have a 19190 gro at 422,, everything worked fine until set for storage while not using about 4 months, when stored i had outriggers out and stabalizing crane and swun crane cab to side to access motor easily to do small maintenance work,, never did any work ,,, started crane engaged pump the joystick levers stiffened up like the ar was at controls but non of controls work,, not even the electronic shifter on transmission no out riggers , boom controls its just dead , checked for power in crane cab and have it pleeeaase help ive run out of ideas, and no mechanic thats been by can solve could it be lockout lever ??
