Just purchased this machine a week ago. Has no 4 the gear and travel speed is very slow in 3rd. Approx 9 km hour. Serial # 9zj00201 And the gauge cluster which I believe are LED does not light up. Any ideas of what to check first? I sent it to a mechanic but just trying to help him with things to check first Thanks
