2002 bobcat 873 not driving locked no forward or reverse

My 873 will not drive was working fine during the storm then it will not drive it is making a clicking sound it is locked just like before you hit the traction lock button

    When it locks down, is the LED for the traction lock lit solid or is it flashing? Do you hear three beeps?

    No beeps traction unlocks on the panel could it be a solenoid?

    Well, it could be the traction lock solenoid has took a dump. Kinda odd that it doesn't throw a code though. :beatsme
