We have changed, head, water pump, radiator, thermostat, air filter, anything and everything that we could think of and it's still overheating once in a while, you can start it one day and run it ,it would be fine, start it the next day and it overheats in the first few minutes,it's a 303cr 2004 ,any help would be greatly appreciated??

Welcome to the Forums E! Glad to have you. I am going to edit the title to this thread and move it over to the compact excavator forum. In order for the wrenches on HEF to diagnose and give advice they will need a serial number in order to determine the exact configuration of 304 you have. Best of luck!

Is it actually pushing coolant or is the gauge just miss reading.

It's actually pushing coolant out of the reservoir

You seem to have fired the parts cannon at it big-style. Have you checked any temperatures of the coolant into and out of the radiator with an infra-red gun at any point.?

Mine had a head gasket trouble once maybe worth the test for exhaust gases in the coolant.

Never been checked with a temp gun, I know that everything that could possibly be wrong with it has been changed and put on new, except for any sensors, you can run it one day no problem, get on it the next day and it overheats in the first 10 minutes coming out of the reservoir

Obviously not if the issue still exists. IMHO you are going to have to start doing some diagnostics instead of throwing random parts at it in the hope that one of them fixes the problem.

There's not a hydraulic function getting stuck in a position like the blade cable sticking trying to lift the blade constantly

No hydraulic issues that I am aware of,I trying to help my friend out with this issue, he has sunk a ton of money in it and still has the same issues,I personally only know so many things to do , so that he might illuminate the problem and we have tried all of them ,I told him to take it to a dealer/mechanic and let them run some test on it and see if they can tell him what's going on with it.
