I have these 2 lights coming on at high idle. Low idle they go off. Just serviced all fluids.

Which two lights exactly.? It's hard to see from your photo which ones are lit.

why would these 2 lights go off at a high idle but go off at a low idle

If the problem was not there before servicing is it possible that you may have accidentally damaged some wiring.? When you first turn on the key and the panel does its self-test do the warning lights (inc the big one with the exclamation point) and the buzzer all work.? What happens to the SERV CODE icon on the display.? Does it stay on all the time, go off and on, etc.?

    It goes off and on

SERV CODE I assume.? What about the warning lights when you turn the key on.?

they do not come on when starting the engine

Sorry, my question was do all the warning lights (inc the big one with the exclamation point) light up and the buzzer sound when you first turn the key on - not when you turn the key to the start position. The self-test of lights and buzzer should operate for a couple of seconds when you first turn on the key, then they all should go out with the exception of the battery & parking brake lights.

well I’ll have to recheck but I think they come on with buzzer then go off

Please do. It's important to know exactly how those lights behave when the key is first put to the on position, especially to make sure that they ALL flash during that test. Lights that don't work are just as important as those that are behaving weird when the tractor is operating. Have you checked the fan belt condition and tension.? If not I suggest that you do that as soon as possible.
