The horn was not working. I pulled the fuse out and one side of the fuse blade is broken off in the horn fuse box location. The fuse box is down in the footwell and hard to see inside. The main question is access. The fuse box part number is Takeuchi 1701200002 and can be seen in the parts manual on page 90. In order to access it, do I just remove the small cover plate and then unscrew the two screws that hold the fuse box? Will the box then come out and is there a pigtail behind it that will disconnect? Is there another way to access the box, so I can see better and try and pull the broken blade out? If I buy the above part, are all the fuses already in the box?
