2006 cat D4G xl price

Looking at 2006 cat d4g xl cab dozer with 6700 hrs new pads and rollers. I got him down to $42,000 is that to much? It's clean with no leaks.

    pictures , year , serial number helps get you a better answer .. did they replace the chains and sprockets
