2010 loader backhoe steering

The steering gear locks up when trying to turn.Drag link doesn't move at all. Raise the front end and jerk the steering wheel and it might come loose.It has power steering and the pump is disconnected because of a leak.We we're told the farm tractor and this one has the same steering gear.Got a used one and the steering is opposite.,turn left and wheels go right.Can't find serial number on tractor.Any information about these would be great.Thanks.

    So an old model 2010 farm tractor? not an 8 year old backhoe from the year AD 2010, right? A picture of the tractor and steering box might help. Sounds like it's time to take apart the steering box, not too much else involved.

    Model 2010,have haven't been back to the machine to get pictures.
